He had the privilege of playing soccer as a goalkeeper at the University of Notre Dame. After Notre Dame, he was drafted by the San Jose Earthquakes (MLS) in the 2011 MLS Draft. Phil enjoyed three years playing professionally at the MLS and USL levels here in America.
After his professional career, Phil continues coaching collegiately at Southern New Hampshire University as a goalkeeper coach. During his time, the Penmen went on to win the 2013 NCAA DII National Championship as well as multiple NE-10 Regular Season and Post Season Championships.
Program Overview
We are proud to be able to offer different options for our Elite Keeper Academy. You might be just starting out or have years of experience, but whatever area you're looking to improve as a goalkeeper there is a program for you. We work with each keeper on goal kicks, angles, footwork, catching/handling, diving, crosses, mental preparation and on-field leadership. Each session is tailored to help each goalkeeper develop into a well rounded and confident player.
GOALKEEPER ACADEMY CAMP
